Progress Towards Meeting the Renewable Energy Standards in the Northwest
In the Northwest, three states — Washington, Oregon and Montana — have Renewable Energy Standards which RNP has played a large role in getting passed and implemented. These Renewable Energy Standards are good for the region because they help spur development of renewable projects which create good paying jobs, assist rural communities financially, and bring more clean energy to the Northwest. RNP is tracking the progress utilities are making in each state towards meeting these Renewable Energy Standards.
