KEVIN HAGEN
Kevin Hagen is the founder and principal of Shuksan Energy Consulting. Kevin has had 20 years of successful, front-line business development, marketing and program management experience in the US and Europe. From Fortune 500 companies to successful entrepreneurial organizations he has worked worldwide with a variety of industries and products.

Starting in the Renewable Energy Industry in 1995 with Trace Engineering and then with Xantrex Technology after their merger in 2000, Mr. Hagen has held senior positions including Director of New Business Development and Director of Sales and Marketing for Renewable Energy and Distributed Generation Markets. He is a recognized innovator in the field, having helped many organizations implement renewable energy programs. He is a past member of the board of the Solar Energy Industry Association (SEIA) and was a founding participant in the EPA Green Power Partnership Program. He is a frequent speaker, author and advocate for green power and sustainable business practices.

Mr. Hagen received his BS from Clarkson University with a background in both Engineering and Business and is currently enrolled in the graduate program at Bainbridge Graduate Institute, the first institution to offer an MBA in Sustainable Business.
