The
Better
Business Through Green Power
event organizers are asking organizations that support sustainable
business, renewable energy, and energy conservation to help promote
the conference. The organizers will grant the following special
conference benefits to those organizations willing to encourage
their individual members to attend.
Benefits
and Registration Discounts
- Organizations that register 1 4 attendees receive One Free
Registration. Registrants may include staff and/or representatives
from member businesses and groups.
- Organizations whose members purchase five or more registrations
will receive a Group Discount Registration fee: All registrants
pay only $45 rather than the standard $60 fee. Members will register
on-line with a special access code.
- Partner organizations will also receive:
- Logo placement on event promotional material and web site
- Customized event invitation
- Recognition and special welcome at the event
- Literature display and/or prominent logo placement at event
Co-Promotion
Obligations
Supporting
organizations agree to a specific co-promotion plan that spreads awareness
of the conference to their membership and to the public. The plan
may include advertising the conference at meetings, distributing announcements
through newsletters, direct mail, and e-mail lists, and officially
encouraging members to attend. Please contact Diane Zipper to discuss
